A/N: I can't stop writing about Blackwater! D: This is a companion to my other one-shot How to Save a Life. You don't have to read it to understand this one but it might be better if you do (plus, it would make me happy, but I'm just saying). Anyway, this one-shot is inspired by OneRepublic's song Apologize. Expect this one-shot series to continue because I have lots ofangsty ideas for Blackwater! Also expect grammatical errors and slight crappiness cuz I fail at proofreading actually I'm just lazy but w/e.
( His voice is husky, rough with anxiety and exhaustion. The peaceful, happy intonation in his voice, the one he never seems to be rid of ever since he imprinted, is gone and it's like it was never there. He sounds so tired, so lost. )

Summary: "They say that imprinting is like a blind man seeing the sun for the first time. Well, they're fucking wrong - imprinting is what blinds the man in the first place."
A/N: This isn't my first Blackwater fic but I just wrote this and I wanted to get it up right away. It's inspired by The Fray's song How to Save a Life. Love that song, it's so sad and it reminds me of Jacob and Leah every time I hear it. Anyway, I don't really proofread when I'm on this kind of high so there will most likely be lots of grammatical errors and whatnot but, whatever, that's life. Oh, and I wrote this in present tense - I don't know why I did because I never write like that but it flows better like this.
( All the weak hope I harbor is all for Jacob Black, hope that he'll open his eyes and see that I do want him to be happy and that I'm just trying to be his friend, the only thing that I can be. )

A/N: For some strange reason, I have this notion that Kanjani8 doesn't like Yamapi especially Yoko.
